Helping Firearm Instructors With Their Marketing

The H30K™ Ranks Manual: Your White Belt to Black Belt Journey in Firearm Instructor Marketing

In the martial arts world, the journey is clear. You start as a white belt and you work your way to a black belt. It is a long, drawn-out journey, but you know what you are signing up for. You get real training, the community gets trained individuals, and the dojo earns revenue to train more people.

But we have nothing like this in the gun world.

Most instructors teach a basic class. Maybe they have a second or third class. But usually, only about 10% of students move from class one to class two.

That is why we give our high-ticket invitations at the end of our introduction classes. Our goal is to get the student real training, and our goal is to get real revenue so we can help train more people.

Your Marketing Skills vs. Your Gun Skills

Most of you reading this are at the top tier of your gun skills. You can train people, you know your weapon, and you are highly proficient.

But when it comes to marketing, most of us started at the bottom. My goal is to get your marketing skills in line with your gun skills. Because if you can market the way you can handle a firearm, your business will become unstoppable.

To do that, you need a clear path. A white belt to black belt journey for your business.

That is why I debuted the H30K™ Ranks Manual.

The Journey: Initiate to Warrior

The H30K™ Ranks Manual is the system that brings your business from struggling to fill classes to being a master marketer. There are four levels to this journey.

1. The Initiate

You are just starting out. You are getting MomentumHQ connected to Facebook and Instagram. As an Initiate, you might feel lost. You might feel like everyone else understands something you do not. This is normal. It is the filter. The people who push through this phase are the ones who build empires.

2. The Operator

You have your first funnel launched and you are running paid traffic. Your classes are starting to get full. At this stage, you feel momentum. The machine is running. Leads are coming in. You get your first real taste of what a predictable business feels like.

3. The Guardian

You have mastered the basics. Your ads are profitable, and your automations are saving you time. You are now an independent operator who can build, fix, and scale your systems yourself. You are giving high-ticket invitations at the end of your classes. You feel independence. You understand the system deeply enough to diagnose problems and solve them yourself.

4. The Warrior

A Warrior is not defined just by how much money you make, but by who you have become. You have a predictable, scalable marketing engine. You have a high-ticket program generating premium revenue. You have systems that run without you. You are operating as a CEO.

As a Warrior, you feel legacy. You are no longer just running a business. You are leading a movement.

The Reward for Mastery

When you achieve Warrior status, I want to symbolize that achievement. I want to knight you.

When you reach this level, I will ship you a sword. A real sword that says “Marketing Warrior.” It symbolizes true movement and true mastery. It is your gift to mount on your desk or your wall, proving that you have achieved a level of independence and success that most only dream of.

My goal is to ship as many swords as possible. Because that means you are transforming the country, saving lives, and making a great living doing it.

Follow the process. Build your empire. Become a Warrior.
